  • The Best Part About Working Out

    Is working out with your Ohana.

    Ever since my wife and I married and had our son we would always mention something about our weight every so often. We tried juicing but it got expensive. We would occasionally walk/jog a mile but the spot my wife likes to go sucks up all our gas. And after hinting and hinting about going to Au’rai Fitness, she finally gave in.

    Today was our first day as a couple working out together. We were smashing the workout flipping and pulling tires. Using the TRX bands to do bicep and tricep curls, laying pullups and pushups, and mountain climbers. Smashing the sledgehammer onto a tire, climbing the rope to ring the bell, and climbing the 6 feet and 8 feet wall. I never been so proud at how much my wife pushed today. Plus our son didn’t fuss as much as I thought he would. I’m hoping this will strengthen our relationship and keep it healthy and enjoyable.
