He Always Has A Plan
Its crazy to think how everything happens for a reason.
I’ve been on active duty almost a year and it has provided for our family while my wife stays home with our son. Before that I’ve been working my civilian job. Its boring, the hours aren’t set, you never can tell exactly when you’re finish, and most of my coworkers are different. Except for one. The pay can be good but the hours are demanding anywhere from eight to fourteen hours. What sucks is that we could start in the morning, afternoon, night, or even just past midnight. Fun right?
Last week I found out that I wasn’t getting extended any longer for active duty. On the other hand my wife, who hasn’t worked since we found out she was pregnant, just got accepted to work in the hotel industry. Yesterday was her orientation. Today she starts her first day.
Luckily my mother-in-law, who also works for the same company, is off and can watch my boy. With a week left of active duty and now my wife working, our main concern is our son while we’re at work. Once I get back to my regular civilian job I hope and pray my schedule works with my wife’s schedule. I know He always has a plan.
